This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and market research purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is seeking potential sources for a Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Event for the 99th Readiness Division in Hershey, PA.

Tentative Date of Event(s):

December 8-10, 2023

February 9-11, 2024

The upcoming YRRP Event will require the contractor to provide all necessary facilities, personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide services that include, but are not limited to:

• Providing a lodging venue that can accommodate the required quantity of attendees and Government support staff, that meets the Government requirements.
  
  
  
  • Lodging venue should potentially be within a 25 to 50 mile radius from closest Airport.
  
  
  
  


• Various Conference Rooms – provide required quantity of rooms for YRRP Event for the required availability.


• Meals – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.


• Transportation – Shuttles to transport attendees between the lodging facility and airport.

Responses should address the following items:

(1) The potential requirement NAICS Code is: 721110 “Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels” with a size standard of $40 million.

(2) Address any potential concerns with the event location listed above.

(3) Address any nearby Lodging facilities, and attractions within the event location listed above.

(4) Provide a capability statement for the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.

(5) What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirements? (Past Performance)

(6) Does your organization plan to utilize subcontracting or teaming arrangements in order to perform the tasks of this requirement? If so, what percentage of the work do you anticipate performing as the Prime Contractor?

(7) Provide your organizations name, address, email address, Website address, phone number and a point of contact to reach.

(8) Provide a statement including current small/large business including socioeconomic status (8a, SDB, HubZone, etc.) Under NAICS Code 721110 and company profile to (office location(s), CAGE Code, DUNs number, etc.).

(9) Please submit any additional information relevant to requirement for planning and market research purposes.
