The Federal Bureau of Prisons, USP Canaan, Waymart, PA intends to issue solicitation 15B21524Q00000011, for the acquisition of BREAD items for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. The acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery REQUIRED during the months of April, May, June 2024. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single award or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
