Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure web based training course development on a Sole Source basis from Sunset Design & Programming. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 8.405-6 (b)(1).
