Sole source.



One Mobile Containerized Dynamometer Cell System containing the following: Furnish one each mobile, portable dyno system containing (1) each small dyno (minimum rated at 108 hp and 118 ft.-lbs.) and container, (1) each large dyno (minimum rated at 670hp and 2213 ft.-lbs.) with container, and (1) each cooling system and container, two (2) engine carts, 2 engine fixtures for the carts, 2 engine fixtures for the table top, and necessary accessories and O&M Manuals to Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The system shall be installed on the outside area of later specified building. The system shall include the dynamometers, cooling system, containers, and all necessary self-contained equipment.
