Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Philadelphia Division (NSWCPLD) Philadelphia, PA site intends to solicit on an Sole Source basis for non-commercial Engineering Services for Tow Machine Certification on board USNS CATAWBA







The solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Single-Award type contract utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) best value continuum source selection process as described in FAR 15.101-2. The government intends to award one (1) contract to one (1) responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Quote (RFQ), is considered technically acceptable with the lowest evaluated priced proposal meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for the non-price factors.





This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals





The anticipated date of RFQ posting is around 08 June 2023.
