Description

Work shall be performed at the Letterkenny Disposition Site warehouses 2274, 2275, 2276. The specific scope includes, but is not limited to:

a. Upgrade Fire Alarm/Suppression

b. Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Upgrades

c. Install Dock Levelers and Large Rollup Doors

d. Diamond Polish Warehouse Concrete Slabs

e. Install Warehouse Racks

f. Construct 3,500 Square Foot Steel Framed Enclosed Freestanding Structures

g. Replace Asphalt, Concrete, and Storm Water Infrastructure
