Description

The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and

open competition for an existing lease for the Fish and Wildlife Service that is expiring

in Centre Hall, PA.

The Government requires warehouse and related space yielding a minimum of 4,096

ANSI/BOMA office area, (3) adjacent parking spaces and .5 acres of fenced in storage

adjacent to the warehouse. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies,

utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental

consideration
