This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirment for a 15-day notification. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Government's intent to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract with Fort Indiantown GAP Community Club for the purpose of obtaning meals for soldiers attending annual traning while at this location.

The Government intends to procure the following services:

July 9, 2023 - 65 Dinner

July 10-17 2023 - 65 Breakfast, 65 Lunch, 65 Dinner

July 18-20 2023 - 60 Breakfat, 60 Lunch, 60 Dinner

July 21, 2023 - 60 Breakfast

The Government intends to negotiate solely with Fort Indiantown GAP Community Club per FAR 13.106(b)(1), as no other source of service/supplies will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisiton based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
