Description

See attached Performance Work Statement for complete requirement description. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tobyhanna Division, intends to issue Firm Fixed Price Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to qualified sources for the base period of five years with the option to extend six months, if needed. All BPA requirements shall be competed amongst all BPA holders.
