The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Allenwood, Allenwood, PA issues the solicitation 15B20123Q00000008 for the requirements: Removal, Supply and Installation of Two (2) Dryers at USP Allenwood.
The work will consist of removing two Milnor M190 Natural Gas dryers and replacing them with two new Natural Gas dryers that are located in the laundry room of USP Allenwood. Contractor is responsible for providing labor, material, and equipment to remove old dryers and installing two new dryers. Contractor will perform a start-up of the equipment and ensure new equipment operates as designated prior to the close of the project. Contractor is also will provide three copies of Service Manuals and Operating Manuals to ensure proper maintenance and operation is achieved. All construction debris will be removed by contractor and dispose of to FCC Allenwood’s Recycling Program.
The NAICS code for this requirement is 333310. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. Any contractor interest in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be available on or after, April 24, 2023, with a due date of May 8, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The solicitation will be distributed solely through sam.gov website. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site.
