This announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOCA) for a non-competitive sole-source negotiated contract with Kratos C5ISR Systems, a division of Kratos-Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., Legally Gichner Systems Group, Inc., 490 East Locust Street, Dallastown, PA 173313 to supply the U.S. Air Force with Tactical Shelters, GMS-459, needed by the Rapidly Deployable Payload Control Element (RD-PCE) effort.
