**This is an Award Notice**

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N6449823G4001 to Rolls Royce Marine North America (RRMNA) for the procurement of marine gas turbine engines (MGT's) and associated material on behalf of the NAVSES05Z 2SCOG Program. The engines that will be procured under this BOA include the MT30, MT5S, 501-K34, MT5S-HE+, MT7, and 250-KS4 gas turbine engines, as well as their associated parts and upgrade kits.

This BOA has an ordering period of sixty (60) months. This procurement represents a follow-on to NAVSEA BOA N00024-19-G-4108 with RRMNA. It was the Government's intention to procure these engines from RRMNA, as only RRMNA can meet the Government's requirements. In order to ensure compatibility and conformity with existing systems/programs, there is a need to procure these parts from RRMNA as these engines are developed, designed, and solely produced by RRMNA.
