Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Dyslexia practitioner and job coaching support services in support of officially documented reasonable accommodation on a Sole Source basis from Barbara Einhorn, M.ED.



The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
