The purpose of this request for proposals is to obtain proposals from firms to provide professional consulting and engineering design services related to the D&L Trail: Allentown East Segment Design. The CONSULTANT will design, test, analyze, draw, survey, acquire permits and prepare contract plans and specifications for the D&L Trail from the existing trail on N. Bradford St. by Liberty St. to the City boundary line on Dauphin St. across from St. Luke’s Way. Design considerations shall be in accordance with Attachment No. 1, Conceptual Plan - D&L Trail - Allentown East Feasibility Study.
