The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals that will enable the City of Allentown (City) to select the most qualified contractor to provide and implement a Lone Worker Emergency Alert System across multiple departments and facilities of varying sizes and scopes. Specifically, the City needs a system that is easy to use and maintain, provides timely alerts, is highly reliable and accurate, and provides coverage within many different environments.
