The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified vendors to submit proposals for Maintenance Services for the City’s Central Business District, Neighborhood Districts, Special Event Assistance, and special cleanup projects as requested by the City. This RFP is meant to improve the general condition of the City, and in no way relinquishes the responsibilities of property owners to clean and maintain their sidewalks and public right-of-ways according to the Ordinances of the City of Allentown.
