The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified vendors to submit proposals to conduct a Right-of-Way asset inventory on all 421 centerline miles of roadway throughout the City of Allentown. This RFP is meant to provide a location and condition of all right-of-way roadway signs in the City of Allentown. Additionally, we are requesting separate, optional services for a pavement marking inventory and condition assessment.
