The purpose of this solicitation is to do an analysis on what it would look like to acquire the City Parking Authority or any portion thereof. The City’s Parking Authority has been independently run for decades and the City is looking into the economic, practical, and legal impact of dissolving and/or acquiring it in its entirety or portions thereof.
