It is the intent of this contract to: (1) Provide towing and storage services for vehicles damaged in accidents, abandoned, nuisance, and/or impounded vehicles, or snow emergency towing within the City of Allentown. (2) Response time must be within 30 minutes of the initial call. (3) Release police officers from the scene in a timely manner to return to other duties. This is critical to ensure that officers are available to serve and protect Allentown citizens.
