The purpose of this request for proposal is to obtain proposals from firms to provide professional consulting and engineering design services related to the Dixon Street Pedestrian Bridge. The intention is to replace the pedestrian bridge with a new structure that will minimize maintenance requirements and risk of flood damage by elevation of the superstructure above the 100-yr base flood elevation. The CONSULTANT will design, test, analyze, draw, survey, acquire permits and prepare contract plans and specifications for the bridge.
