NATURAL GAS SUPPLY REQUEST FOR FIXED PRICE QUOTES The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is requesting fixed price quotes for a three-year agreement from qualified firms for natural gas supply for multiple facilities SCTA manages in Berks County and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. SCTA is following a two-step process for the procurement of Natural Gas Supply. Statements of Specifications and Qualifications will be accepted at SCTA's offices at 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 until the close of business on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Quotations from the proposers identified as qualified by SCTA will be accepted at SCTA’s offices at 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 until 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. All proposals and agreements are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between SCTA and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Proposers will be required to comply with all applicable non-collusion, non-discrimination and integrity laws and regulations and to certify they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. SCTA solicits and encourages disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. DBE's shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
