Abstract of Bids received will be posted on PennBid. All project documents are available at no cost at PennBid ( www.pennbid.net ). A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the East Cocalico Township Authority Well #11 Pump House at 1705 Dry Tavern Road, Denver, PA 17517. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The East Cocalico Township Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
