PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Information Regarding Emergency Notification Systems CITY OF LANCASTER, PA The City of Lancaster, PA will receive responses online for Emergency Notification Systems until November 15, 2023, at 11:00AM at which time they shall be opened electronically on PennBid’s website. The City is issuing this Request for Information to identify providers of Emergency Notification Systems that are capable of creating and delivering emergency notices to various user groups such as utility customers, City employees, and residents in different geographical locations via phone (cell and landline), text, and email, which could be up to approximately 100,000 individuals, preferably in multiple languages including,but not limited to, English and Spanish.
