INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by Manor Township Supervisors, Lancaster County, PA at the Manor Township Administrative Building 950 W Fairway Dr. Lancaster PA 17603 until 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened and read for the following amounts: 1. 3,344 tons 9.5mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave in place. 2. 813 tons of 19mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave in place 3. 3,522 tons 25mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave 4. 600 tons 19mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave 5. 920 tons 9.5mm PG64S-22 15% RAP Superpave 6. 64,823 sq. yds. CRS-2PM at .35 gallons Seal Coat 7. 1,600 tons 2A stone 8. 200 tons 2B stone 9. 5,729 sq. yds. 140 NC Paving Fabric 10. 9,733 sq. yds. Milling Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by Manor Township. The bids must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid payable to Manor Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award the bids in the best interest of the Township. Bid specifications may be picked up at the Township Administrative Building, 950 W. Fairway Dr., Lancaster PA 17603 from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday – Friday.
