Sealed bids will be received at the West Cocalico Township office until Monday, April 29, 2024, 2:00 PM. At that time bids will be publicly opened. All documents and solicitation details are available at the West Cocalico Township office, 156 W. Main Street B, Reinholds, PA 17569 and also digitally by request by emailing wcocalico@gmail.com . The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, approximately 1,014 TON bituminous materials, and other work described in the contract. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued, but a surety licensed to for business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
