INVITATION TO BID CONSTRUCTION OF RAPHO TOWNSHIP PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING Rapho Township will receive sealed bids online for the construction of a 310’ x 70’ masonry public works building. Bids may be submitted and updated online until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 11, 2024. At that time, bids will be made available online. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com . A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Rapho Township Municipal Building located at 971 N. Colebrook Road, Manheim, PA 17545. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Only those questions submitted online via PennBid shall be considered. Questions received after 12:00 pm on Monday April 8, 2024, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. This contract is subject to the following: the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; and the non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compliance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a Non-Collusion Affidavit; and the Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act, 43 P.S. 167.1-167.11.
