BID NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by the Township of Bart, Lancaster County, 46 Quarry Road, Quarryville PA 17566, until 3:00 PM on April 5, 2023, for the following: Widen Furnace Road by two (2) feet on each side from Mount Pleasant Road to the Township Line for a distance of approximately .40 miles. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Bid opening will take place at approximately 7:00 pm on April 5, 2023, at the Municipal Building 46 Quarry Road Quarryville PA.
