Request for Proposal for HVAC System Upgrade: The National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors, Inc. (NAWCC) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an HVAC company to design and construct, upgrade, and/or replace the existing HVAC system in the NAWCC’s National Watch & Clock Museum at 514 Poplar St., Columbia, PA 17512. Bidders may request a copy of the RFP or submit questions regarding the RFP by contacting Sarah Gallagher at sgallagher@nawcc.org , 717-684-8261. The NAWCC has obtained state funding from the Statewide Local Share Account program for a portion of the work to be completed under this RFP. As such, all applicable funding requirements outlined in the grant agreement apply, including but not limited to, PA Prevailing Wage Act, Nondiscrimination/Sexual Harassment Provisions, Compliance with the State Contractor Responsibility Program, Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, Contractor Integrity Provisions, and bonding and insurance requirements, which include naming the Borough of Columbia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an additional insured.
