All items will be sold in an as is and where is condition. Payment by the successful bidder will be required in accordance with the rules of the online auction. Pre-bid inspection period will be provided to interested parties. Prospective bidders shall be permitted to inspect items at the Township PW Building located at 2250 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA 17602, by appointment.
