ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The South Central Transit Authority (SCTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for electric power generation supply and associated services for multiple facilities SCTA manages in Berks County and Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. SCTA is following a two-step process for the procurement of Electric Power Supply. Statements of Specifications and Qualifications will be accepted at SCTA's offices at 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 until 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Quotations for the supply of electric power from the proposers identified as qualified by SCTA will be accepted at SCTA’s offices at 45 Erick Road, Lancaster, PA 17601 until 4:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. All proposals and agreements are subject to all applicable state and federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between SCTA, the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Proposers will be required to comply with all applicable non-collusion, non-discrimination, integrity and lobbying laws and regulations and to certify they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors. SCTA solicits and encourages disadvantaged business enterprise participation. DBE's shall be afforded full consideration of their response and will not be subject to discrimination. SCTA reserves the right to postpone, to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to waive informalities as it deems to be in its best interest.
