Sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners of the Township of Manheim, at the Manheim Township Municipal Office at 1840 Municipal Drive, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17601, until 10:00 a.m., September 6, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Specifications may be obtained at the Township Office at the above address, Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Contractor will provide labor and equipment necessary for the removal and transportation of compost as well as provide a certificate of insurance and a waiver of liability to operate at Manheim Township Compost Facility. Bids are to be marked “Leaf Compost Stockpile Sale and Removal – 2023” on the outside of the envelope.
