Bids will be electronically opened at 2:10PM and bid tabulation summaries will posted to PennBID no later than 3:00PM: ­ https://pennbid.procureware.com The project involves installation of a stream pump around system, bulk grading, channel re-alignment, fine grading, seeding, planting and other related items along the Conoy Creek beginning on West Ridge Rd. and continuing south along Miller Rd. Electronic bidding documents, including drawings, plans and specifications and bid forms, may be obtained from PennBID after January 16, 2023. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, certified check or bid bond payable to "West Donegal Township", in an amount not less than Ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bonds shall so state same.
