INVITATION TO BID LANCASTER COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY SUSQUEHANNA RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COMPLEX TMA BUILDING TIPPING FLOOR REPAIR Sealed Bids for the above-referenced Project will be received by the Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority ("Owner") until, and will be publicly opened on December 7, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. (local time) in the Owner's Office at 1299 Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17603. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at the Project Site, at the TMA Building, at 1670 South 19th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. A site visit will be conducted immediately after the Pre-Bid Meeting. All questions must be submitted by December 2, 2022 at 4:00 PM. The Project generally includes: -The placement/installation of +/- 2 inches of ultra-high performance cementitious topping product over approximately 7,100 square feet of concrete tipping floor, including all preparation activities. -Repairs to pit openings. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents are available from the Owner at no charge. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid total. No Bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after Bid opening, and the Owner shall award a contract or reject all Bids on or before such sixty (60) day period. The Owner reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion.
