Invitation to Bid Lancaster Township will receive bids for their 2024 Paving Project via the PennBid Program until 11:00AM on Friday, March 8. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be made publicly available via PennBid at bid opening. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at http://www.pennbid.net/ . Click on the "Bids" tab on the left column to access the project. Interested bidders need to register on PennBid. Once registered, bidders can obtain all project documents and submit and update their bids online. Only those questions submitted online via PennBid shall be considered. Questions received after 11:00AM on Monday March 4 will not be acknowledged. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. All bidders are required to review proposed project with Municipality’s Representative prior to bidding. Lancaster Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
