NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals marked “Sludge Bids” for the Hauling of Liquid Sludge from the Authority’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 100 Creamery Road, Reinholds, PA as well as designated sewer lines will be received by the West Cocalico Township Authority, 156B W. Main Street, PO Box 95, Reinholds, PA 17569, until 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2023. The bids will be opened at the Authority’s regular meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2023, in the Township Meeting Room located at 156B W. Main St., Reinholds, PA 17569.
This work consists of supplying all labor, tank trucks and miscellaneous hoses and connections to receive, haul, and dispose of the sludge generated at the Authority’s Wastewater Treatment Plant and cleaning of designated sewer lines owned by the Authority in West Cocalico Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The extent of the work is described in the Contract Documents and Specifications.
Bidders may obtain sets of bidding documents from West Cocalico Township Authority, 156B West Main Street, PO Box 95, Reinholds, PA 17569. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, money order, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid.
The West Cocalico Township Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any information in bids received.
