BID ADVERTISEMENT Sealed Bids for “High School Cafeteria Renovations” will be received until “2:00 PM on Tuesday January 23, 2024”, at the MTSD District Office, 450A Candlewyck Road, Lancaster PA 17601 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be sent via courier or delivered in person; US Mail will not be accepted. Project is subject to the Davis Bacon Wage Rates and Build America, Buy America Act. Manheim Township School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and select any Alternate which in its sole discretion serves the best interests of the School District. This will be a Multiple Prime project with Contracts awarded separately for General Construction, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Construction & Food Service Provider as a separate prime. Payment, Performance and Bid bonds are required. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 PM on January 3rd, 2024, at Manheim Township High School, 115 Blue Streak Blvd, Lancaster, PA 17601. Drawings will be available upon request from the Architect. All bidders’ questions and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Architect, and will be accepted until 1:00 PM, Monday January 15, 2024.
