Vendor is to clean and disinfect / sanitize the crime scene location by removing and properly disposing any blood or biological material. When necessary, power washing of the crime scene by the vendor may be required to remove blood stains and other biological material if other sanitizing methods are unsuccessful, after the material has been properly decontaminated with appropriate disinfectant.
