Requirements Contract - Rental service of entrance mats. All mats shall remain the property of the contractor. Rental cost of each mat shall include the cleaning, treating, and exchanging on a bi-weekly basis during the months of July, Aug & Sept 2023 and May and June 2024, . The mats shall be exchanged once a week from October 1, 2023 thru April 30th 2024 and in addition, one extra set of mats should be delivered at the same time. 3' x 8' (2 each), 3' x 15' (1 each), 6' x 20' (1 each); walk off, entrance, polyester pile on nitrile backing, pile approx 1/2", color: brown, black or gray; nitrile backing to extend approx 1" beyond pile on all four (4) edges. Carpet shall be treated with standard commercial product to attract and hold dirt and soil. 4 mats - Location - Central Library, 1901 Vine Street, 1st floor rear (Wood street entrance)
