Asphalt Release Agent (State Product Name: 2217) - Non-petroleum based water soluble, concentrated, biodegradable. Product to be effective in providing a clean rapid and easy separation of bituminous (asphalt) materials from truck beds and equipment. Product may not affect the composition of the HMA. It may be used diluted in automated spray systems. The ingredients for formulation provided shall meet or exceed all Federal and/or State DOT regulations and standards. Vendor shall provide tank to dispense product at 4040 Whitaker Avenue.
