VENDOR WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING PARKING SERVICES: SET-UP AND BREAKDOWN OF SIGNAGE, BARRICADES AND CONES PRE/POST EVENT, BLOCK RESTRICTED ENTRY POINTS, DIRECT DRIVERS TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS SUCH AS LOTS FOR CUSTOMERS, STAFF, MUSICIANS AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SET UP AND OPERATION OF THE DELL EVENTS. PROPOSED EVENT DATE RANGE: AUGUST 17TH THROUGH SEPTEMBER 11TH, AN OFFICIAL CALENDAR OF EVENTS WILL BE PROVIDED UPON AWARD OF THE CONTRACT, ESTIMATED NUMBER OF EVENTS FOR THE 2023 SEASON IS 10 - 12. STAFFING HOURS 4:00PM TO 9:00PM (5 HOURS) FOR SET UP STAFF (15) UNIFORMED FLAGGERS (1) SUPERVISOR 1-HOUR PRIOR TO PARKING LOT OPENING. SCOPE OF SERVICES ATTACHED.
