The County of Lancaster, Lancaster, Pennsylvania (the County) is soliciting proposals from licensed Local and Long-Distance Vendors to furnish Local Dial Tone, Toll and Long-Distance Services and all or part of the Services needed to provide Voice and eFax Services, to the COUNTY during the term of the contract.
