Sealed proposals for providing Engineering Services and other responsibilities as described herein, will be received at the Controller’s Office, 100 W Beau St., Ste 403, Washington, PA 15301 until 11:00 AM, Tuesday August 29, 2023. Late or facsimile proposals shall not be accepted.

Oral explanations or interpretations given before the award of the contract will not be binding.
