The Commission currently has 17 interest rate swap (“swap”) agreements among 7 counterparties with a total notional amount more than $1.68 billion. The Commission has Credit Support Annexes in place for swap agreements. Indices used are: LIBOR, SIFMA and the 10-year swap rate. Given the complex nature of the Commission’s swap portfolio, it is desirable to retain the services of a Swap Advisor.
