Description:

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (“DHS”) requires a contractor to provide all labor, transportation, equipment and tools to provide electrical services at the Clark Summit State Hospital located at 1451 Hillside Drive, Clark Summit, PA 18411. The contractor shall be available to provide service seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Bids are due March 13, 2023 by 9:00 AM and must be submitted electronically. Late bids will be disqualified. Contractors must enter firm prices for all contracted years and provide appropriate responses to all “Mandatory Attributes” contained in the solicitation. Failure to submit bid as described may result in yours being rejected as a non-responsive bidder.
Quantities listed are estimates and may increase or decrease based on needs.

Contractors’ electronic submission must include the following as attachments. Failure to submit these items may result in the rejection of the Contractor’s submission:

· Proof of Visit Form
