The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (PA DOC) is seeking supplier(s) to provide Transporation services for the safe and responsible Transporation of offenders located and confined in other states, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Birgin Islands and Puerto Rico. The service is required to support the PA DOC on an as needed basis.
