Description:

The Office of Attorney General (“OAG” or “ISSUING OFFICE”) is as an independent, executive, administrative department of the Commonwealth, 71 P.S. 732-201, and thus authorized under the Commonwealth Procurement Code (“CODE”) to act as its own purchasing agency when procuring services, when renting machinery and equipment, and when licensing specialized computer software. See 62 Pa.C.S. § 301(c)(5). Pursuant to that authority, the OAG issues this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) for the purpose of procuring the computer hardware, inclusive of any necessary software and associated services (i.e. implementation, service integration, support, maintenance, and warranty) more fully described below, in the following estimated quantities.
1. Dell Latitude 5540 Laptops (Estimated Quantity: 900)
2. Dell Latitude 7440 Laptops (Estimated Quantity: 30)
3. Dell Precision 3660 Towers (Estimated Quantity: 14)
4. Dell 24 USB-C Hub Monitor, with Wired Keyboard and Mouse (Estimated Quantity: 1050)
Consistent with the limitations on OAG’s procurement authority, the equipment to be procured pursuant to these specifications shall be pursuant to a rental/lease agreement of a three (3) year term.
