The State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon is soliciting bids for a Headworks Bar Screen Model MS2 with the specifications provided.
All bids must be submitted electronically.
Contractor's electronic submission must include the following as attachments. Failure to submit these items may result in rejection of bid.
1. Completed GSPUR-89: Reciprocal Limitations Form
2. Completed BOP-2201: Worker Protection and Investment Form
All technical specs and drawings must be submitted with bid.
All items will be delivered FOB Destination. The awarded supplier is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs.
Requested delivery date is estimated and a mutually agreed upon delivery will be determined at the time of award.
DOC will award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor.
