The PA Game Commission (PGC), Bureau of Wildlife Protection (BWP) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure five (5) 8.5 x 20 Aluminum Enclosed Car Trailers – Aluminum Wheels and one (1) 8.5 x 20 Aluminum Enclosed Car Trailers – Aluminum Wheels with Special Specs to be retrofitted by the Bureau’s preferred contractor post-delivery to contain telecommunications components and to serve as Law Enforcement Command Centers for Regional and Statewide use. Interested bidders must read and agree to meet the specifications listed below and submit a workplan accompanied with product brochures containing specifications for proposed trailers to be constructed or ordered from vendor’s existing inventory. Bidders please note, that bid submissions for this project must include the total cost of the trailer including, but not limited to, applicable set-up fees, delivery costs, etc., which may alter the final cost of the bid.
