This solicitation is for the procurement of a sewer drain camera for the PA Department of Corrections/SCI Huntingdon.
See attached specifications for details of requested materials. No Substitutions.
All bids must be submitted electronically.
Contractor's electronic submission must include the following as attachments. Failure to submit these items may result in rejection of bid.
1. Completed GSPUR-89: Reciprocal Limitations Form
2. Completed BOP-2201: Worker Protection and Investment Form
All items will be delivered FOB Destination. The awarded supplier is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs.
Requested delivery date is estimated and a mutually agreed upon delivery will be determined at the time of award.
Pursuant to Executive Order 2021-06, Worker Protection and Investment (October 21, 2021), the Commonwealth is responsible for ensuring that every Pennsylvania worker has a safe and healthy work environment and the protections afforded them through labor laws. To that end, contractors and grantees of the Commonwealth must certify that they are in compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws. Such certification shall be made through the Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form (BOP-2201) and submitted with the bid, proposal or quote.
DOC will award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor.
