The Pennsylvania State Police Tactical Mounted Section is issuing this IFB as PSP is currently in need of four (4) mounts/horses. The purpose of this document is to provide vendors basic information needed for quoting prices for these mounts.
Questions are due in writing via email to jzarr@pa.gov no later than 2/24/2023.
These specifications and quantities are set forth for all related products and services.
This is a no substitute IFB for the specifications listed.
The Reciprocal Limitations Act and Worker Protection Form must be completed and submitted with your bid.
